Velisse Paris operates this online leather goods store from Los Angeles, California, United States. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked below. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
Products and Availability
We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Full-grain leather is a natural material, so grain, color, texture and patina may vary from one piece to another. These natural differences are not defects. Product availability, colors and specifications may change, and we may correct genuine pricing or description errors before accepting an order.
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are disclosed during checkout. When online checkout is enabled, payment is processed by Stripe; Velisse Paris does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs after payment is verified and we issue an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, an obvious error, unavailable inventory or an inability to deliver to the supplied address. If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected will be returned to the original payment method.
Shipping and Delays
We currently ship only within the United States. In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will contact you with the option to accept a revised date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel an order before it is handed to the carrier, but cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has started. Eligible unused products may be returned under our 14-day return policy. We do not offer direct exchanges. Personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, use automated systems to abuse store services or infringe the rights of Velisse Paris or another person.
Intellectual Property
The Velisse Paris name, site design, text, product presentation and original brand materials are owned by or licensed to Velisse Paris. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.
Liability and Consumer Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velisse Paris is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable consumer protections.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be handled by the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
